His Majesty The King granted kasho in 113th National Day to the Ministry of Education to immediately begin major systemic reforms. Kasho stresses the importance of integrating technology and progressive teaching method in in to the education system. It advocates for the use of available technologies and adapting global best practices to create a teaching-learning environment that suits the needs for Bhutan.
