 Hands-on practice: Nearpod

Exploring Nearpod during the practical session was a fascinating experience that demonstrated the enormous possibilities of interactive tools in teaching. The process began with setting up an account on the platform, which was simple and user-friendly. This first phase laid the groundwork for understanding how Nearpod may turn standard teaching approaches into interactive and dynamic experiences. 

 The second step required creating interactive material. This phase of the journey was quite fascinating for me because it allowed me to explore the variety of capabilities available on Nearpod. The platform offered several chances to make classes more engaging and participative, including quizzes and polls, as well as interactive video. It was fascinating to observe how these tools might accommodate diverse learning styles while encouraging active participation and better knowledge.


Finally, the practical session ended with an assignment to design an interactive lecture with Nearpod. This work gave me the opportunity to put my newly acquired skills to use and fully explore the platform's capabilities. Creating a course that combines interaction with pedagogical goals was both tough and enjoyable. This experience with Nearpod demonstrated the significance of incorporating technology into teaching, learning, and assessment. Moving forward, I am looking forward to incorporating Nearpod into my teaching practices, utilizing its capabilities to increase student engagement, foster collaboration, and permit more effective assessments.
